Our Bonuses and Promotions

Every bonus we run at Castle Casino is listed below with its exact figures: match percentages, maximum amounts, wagering, minimum deposits and expiry windows. No fine print surprises, no vague promises.

Our Welcome Bonus in Figures

250% up to AUD 150

Your first deposit from AUD 15 qualifies for a 250% match up to AUD 150 plus 100 free spins. Use the promo code CASTLE250 when you deposit. The bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement and stays valid for 30 days, with a maximum win of AUD 8,000 attached to the package.

Reloads, Cashback and Tournaments

What runs every week

After the welcome package, four recurring promotions keep your balance working: weekly 15% cashback, a weekend reload of 50% up to AUD 300, daily free spins and slot tournaments. Cashback is credited on net losses from the week, so there is nothing to claim manually.

The weekend reload applies to deposits made across Saturday and Sunday. Daily free spins are tied to selected slots from our 3,200-game pokies library, and tournaments rank you on leaderboard points earned in qualifying games.

• Weekly cashback: 15% on net losses
• Weekend reload: 50% up to AUD 300
• Daily free spins on selected pokies
• Slot tournaments with leaderboard prizes

Our Five Tier Loyalty Club

From first bet to VIP

We run a 5-tier loyalty club that rewards consistent play rather than one-off deposits. As you climb the tiers, your cashback rate rises up to 15%, and from the upper tiers you gain a personal VIP manager plus exclusive bonuses not available on the public promotions page.

Tier progression is based on your real-money wagering. Your current tier, progress to the next one and available perks are all visible in your account dashboard.

• 5 tiers in total
• Cashback up to 15% at the top tier
• Personal VIP manager from upper tiers
• Exclusive bonuses for high tiers

How to Claim Your Bonus

Four steps

Claiming the welcome bonus takes under five minutes from registration to your first spin. Follow the steps below in order, because the promo code must be entered at the deposit stage.

• 1. Register an account at Castle Casino with your email and a password.
• 2. Deposit at least AUD 15 using PayID, card, e-wallet or crypto.
• 3. Enter the promo code CASTLE250 in the deposit form.
• 4. The 250% match and 100 free spins are credited automatically once the deposit clears.

How Wagering Actually Works

A worked example

Wagering means you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before withdrawing bonus winnings. Our requirement is 30x on the bonus only, not on your deposit.

Say you deposit AUD 15 and receive the full AUD 150 match. Your wagering obligation is AUD 150 multiplied by 30, which equals AUD 4,500 in total bets. That figure counts cumulative stakes, not losses, so winning spins along the way reduce nothing. Once AUD 4,500 in qualifying bets is reached, the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash, capped by the AUD 8,000 maximum win.

Bonus Terms You Should Know

Key restrictions

These are the conditions that matter most in practice. Read them before you start wagering so nothing voids your progress midway.

All bonus funds and free spin winnings expire after 30 days. Excluded games and per-game contribution percentages are listed in the bonus terms inside your account, with pokies typically contributing fully and table games contributing less. Free spins apply to selected pokies only, and bonus eligibility runs alongside our general rules: minimum deposit AUD 15, minimum withdrawal AUD 30, and KYC verification (ID, proof of address and payment method) required before your first withdrawal.

• Wagering: 30x on the bonus amount
• Validity: 30 days from credit
• Maximum win from the welcome package: AUD 8,000
• Minimum qualifying deposit: AUD 15
• Game contributions vary; check the terms in your account
• KYC verification required before first withdrawal

Current Castle Casino Promo Codes

One code active

There is currently one active code: CASTLE250 for the welcome package. Enter it in the promo code field on the deposit page. Our ongoing promotions, including weekly cashback, the weekend reload and daily free spins, require no code at all and are credited automatically to eligible accounts.

If a new code appears, we publish it here and in your account notifications first, so you never need to hunt for codes on third-party sites.
